Job Description:

We are looking to build out our content team to tackle the wide variety of needs we have for internal and public-facing marketing and sales materials. As a remote company, we base performance on the ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality, as well as the ability to quickly shift gears and adjust goals and priorities while working in a small team environment.

The three main content areas this position will help with are blogs/articles, web and email copy, and formal sales and technical documents.



  • You’ll be expected to contribute to our rotation of articles and whitepapers surrounding our products and services and converting industry insights into consumable and relevant content for our readers.

Email and Digital Ad Campaigns:

  • You must be able to write compelling and thoughtful email campaigns, newsletters, headlines, catchy digital ad copy, and other web copy for marketing and sales lead gen. We do not create over-the-top marketing fluff, our content is intentional and targeted.

Documentation Support:

  • Our marketing team actively supports other departments with their various internal and customer-facing documentation needs. This includes crafting presentations, proposals, and other various branded documents. These documents require a keen eye for detail and the ability to recognize when our branding and content messaging need to be updated.

Examples of Types of Content

Blogs, whitepapers, email, sales emails, ad content, landing pages, newsletters, flyers, infographics, how-to guides, proposals, presentations, and letters.

Required Qualifications: 

This position requires a reliable high speed broadband internet connection to work from home, and a designated work area.

  • 5+ years developing B2B blogs, articles, web copy, sales documentation,
  • 3+ years digital ad copywriting
  • Analytical and technical mindset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • An understanding of SEO principals
  • 3+ years experience working in CMS and email platforms, ideally HubSpot
  • Portfolio of published articles

Other Desirable Skills: 

  • Eye for design is a huge plus, experience with graphics software such as Adobe or Canva
  • Proficiency with SharePoint & Asana
  • Proficiency with Hubspot
  • 5+ years working with a telecom, UCaaS or vendor in a related industry
