Cloud Implementation Specialist 

We are seeking a Cloud Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this position you will serve as the "Bridge Between" us, our customer, and Ring Central, our hosted provider.  You will become fully versed in every aspect of the unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solutions that we offer.  Ultimately, you will deliver these solutions to our customers. 

We are highly flexible on experience and training. Finding an individual who is passionate, accurate, dedicated and dynamic is our goal.  A Cloud Implementation Specialist can come from a variety of call center, project management, sales and/or customer service backgrounds. What they all share is a passion for customer service and delivering excellence every day.

Hours:  8:30am to 5pm. This is a full time position.

Location: Remote Office based in Metro Milwaukee or Greater Chicago

  • Act as the Liaison between Converged, the Customer and RingCentral
  • Provide Expertise, Consultation and Advisement to customers on their journey to cloud communications
  • Design and Document new RingCentral UCaaS systems
  • Provide end user training on RingCentral IP Phones and related software packages.
  • Assist with First Day of Business Go Live Support
  • Monthly check-ins with customer to evangelize both Converged and Ring Central products and services
  • Special Professional Services projects for clients
  • On-Going Account Management

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in Sales, Project Management or Software Training
  • College Bachelors Degree or better.
  • 4+ years experience using a PC with various software packages.
  • Assertive, energetic, great attitude, dedication to excellence, ability and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
  • Ability to work early and late when scheduled in advance

Other Desirable Skills

  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Experience with telephony systems highly desirable.
  • Quick, accurate typing ability; comfortable maneuvering through Windows and web based applications and enjoys learning new technology
  • Excellent communication skills including, articulation, grammar and persuasion, customer service, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Positive, outgoing, results oriented, ambitious, team player.
