On-Target Earnings first year will be $125,000, with a starting base salary of $70,000.  Our senior consultants can earn over a half million dollars a year!

The UC sales consultant is responsible for finding, developing, and assisting new accounts for Unified Communication, including applications for Contact Center, Application Development, and Artificial Intelligence.  This position requires business skills to identify opportunities and create innovative solutions.

The primary targeted markets comprise of companies up to 500 employees in defined industry verticals. The Consultant is responsible for meeting growing revenue goals, yet not provided a quota. Daily activity includes prospecting, emailing/calling, targeted digital marketing campaigns, qualifying and setting appointments with various levels of management. On ramp earnings will exceed 250K+ annually. Base salary is $70,000 a year with a very lucrative benefits package, work from anywhere with a kick ass team that will welcome you in. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Find and develop prospects, networking, and Centers of Influence. 

  • Initiate contact with prospects that has been generated by our in-house digital marketing team 

  • Work with prospects to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands  

  • Coordinate vendor online presentations that showcase services and products  

  • Work with the digital marketing team and creative content team to develop proposals, documents, and summaries 

  • Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations 

  • Manage the complexity of UCaaS & CCaaS proposals, contracts, and service level agreements 

  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company  

  • Perform sales procedures through ConnectWise, sales automation tools, and remain compliant with defined policies 

Additional Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy  

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer’s needs 

  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities 

  • Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints in ConnectWise University 

  • Help collaborate and share insights to help the business continue to evolve 


  • Minimum 4 years of B2B inside sales 

  • Previous experience with developing own leads and prospecting for brand new business 

  • Prior experience selling in one of the following industries is a plus: Information Technology (IT) Services, IT Hardware, Software, SaaS or Cloud 

  • Mandatory Experience in Contact Center Sales  

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) preferred 

  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills 

  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials 

  • Interpersonal skills such as telephony, communication, active listening, and customer-care 

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly  

  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry 

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
