Pay: $100,000+ Salary + commissions ($175K OTE year 1)

We are seeking a talented UCaaS & CCaaS Solution Architect to join our team. You will serve as a subject matter expert on unified communications & contact center technologies. This individual will support our sales teams by assisting with pre-sales discovery calls, customer consultations, and other discovery.
We are highly flexible on experience and training; finding an individual who is passionate, accurate, dedicated and dynamic is our goal. A UCaaS & CCaaS Solution Architect can come from a variety of call center, project management, sales and/or customer service backgrounds. What they all share is a passion for customer service and delivering excellence every day.
Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, expertise, consultation, and advisement to customers with respect to unified communications, contact center discovery and design

Perform remote or in-person surveys of customers’ telephony and contact center systems

Provide a path forward for customers to adopt new technologies and assist with building & defining each project’s scope

Coach each provider’s sales teams on customer requirements and demonstration needs

Hold check-ins with customers to solidify top-of-mind for both Converged and our partners’ products and services
Required Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 5 years working with a daily focus on unified communications & contact center technologies in complex environments (including cloud experience)

ShoreTel Connect/Mitel experience is highly coveted but not strictly required

No education requirements, but a relevant college degree is preferred

Be assertive, energetic, have a great attitude, a dedication to excellence, plus the ability and willingness to learn

Ability to travel 25% of the time

Ability to work early or late when scheduled in advance as this position covers the entire US region w/ our growing teams
Other Desirable Skills:
-
Experience with Nice and heritage ShoreTel platforms is highly desirable

Experience with telephony systems (UCaaS or premise-based) is highly desirable

Proficiency in Visio or similar applications

Understanding of the Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Financial Services verticals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including articulation, persuasion, and customer service
