Chris Frey:  I'm going to go just kind of a little bit broader. Can you talk a little bit about the overall architecture to Engage Voice, what is it? What is it built on?

 

Christopher DeLeon: For sure. So, Engage Voice is built completely on AWS. So, it's been built from the ground up to be extremely scalable because of that, we it's a very stable system.

We're looking at five nines at times we're looking at better than that, but we have our five nines there. And essentially the platform is able to scale up and scale down based on demand. And so that's how we stay very scalable.

And in terms of the limitation on inbound calls or outbound calls, there's no real limitation because we're built completely on the cloud. microservices architecture allows for plenty of scalability within the environment.
