Let’s talk about the voice quality. How important that is. I'm just going to give you a couple more opportunities for some plugs because I just think that there's not many folks out there that are able to deliver you know some of these basic things that are just maybe coming off of premise. Or just you know knocks against cloud, maybe in the past but you know some of the things that are really important to us. Voice quality and some of these other basic components to a unified communication system. Again just to wrap it up with kind of why you live in that Gartner Magic Quadrant and it sounds easy but it's not. It's not easy as you know for some of these items.

Alton Harewood:

Yeah, I mean if you go back fifteen or twenty years and you said to someone you want to move to a VoIP (voice over IP system) in the cloud the disdain and the concern would be all over their face. And that you know the very fact that for so many years people with on-premise systems don't normally have to think about voice; it'll get static, they'll get things that happen you don't want them suddenly to have to start thinking about that when they move to the cloud.

And we’ve done a lot of work and we’ve built things like global routing that ensures an optimized path, a voice quality path we can take people across those data center locations whilst respecting their data solvency and give them the best possible experience that they could expect removing latency and jitter. Removing all these technical things that create bumps to the extent we actually have a financially backed contract offering 99.999 SLA and I think that's a huge part of it. We've made higher than that level of SLA by the way in the last year so we're very confident we can deliver on that.

You know if you look at that. reliability should be something people are thinking we have an extremely highly available environment to make that happen to make it not even something you think about that allows someone who's on an premise solution today to not even think about it and to get them to start thinking, “how do I get my business to adopt this, how do I get them to start using some really great tools”?

And so we provide adoption kits and support to help them. It becomes more about helping them and bringing them into the 8x8 family. Part of what we do is you know we've learned over the years we've had bad times in the past but we've learned from them and we've grown functional, solid, repeatable processes for implementation so when we talk about a project plan we're going to hit that plan and I think that's a huge importance today because customers don't have time. No one has time, people, organizations are working short-handed, they don't have time for mistakes and you know the desire is to help you achieve what your objective is. Of course you know everything's been well planned for this and we have project management who will help you do that.
